A+

Good idea! Could you be persuaded to create a box where one can input the path of Code_Aster? I don't have CA in the usual path /opt/aster/

(and an English version would be nice too smile )

Regards,

Claus

dear Claws,

you just have to open the file "asterExplorer.py" with your preferate text editor, go to line 29, and configure
the script as you want:

self.ASTERROOT="/opt/aster/"                             <--- the path where aster is installed
self.listeVersions=['STA9.4','STA10.0','STA10.1']     <--- the versions you want to have in the interface
self.versionini=2                                                    <---- the default version when you start the script (the index in the previous list)
self.editeur="kwrite"                                              <---- your preferate text editor
self.nblignes=25                   <----- the number of line to print the results

and you can translate the messages in english ;-)

hope that it helps.
regards
