[SOLVED] Connecting several meshes for AFFE_CHAR_THER_F

Hello,

I am searching for a method to connect several meshes for AFFE_CHAR_THER_F. There is no LIAISON_MAIL in AFFE_CHAR_THER_F.
I am trying to make a transient heat analysis. The reason I have several meshes and not one big mesh is that I could not mesh the larger geometry. I was only able to mesh parts of the geometry (once the mesh was chosen fine enough). The meshes are not-matching on the areas where I wish to connect them.

Does anybody know how one would solve such a problem?

Thank you

Which analysis command do you use: THER_LINEAIRE or THER_NON_LINE?

Simply define 2 load concepts:

AFFE_CHAR_THER_F(containing the loads depending on variables)

AFFE_CHAR_THER(  LIAISON_MAIL )

and include them both in the analysis command

Hello,

thank you for your response. I will give it a try.
I am using THER_LINEAIRE.

Kind regards

EDIT:
It works. Thank you
