Hydrodynamic loads implementation

Hi everyone,

I am a new user. I would like to use code_aster to study the motion of a flexible ocean structure. The elements include cable, beam and shell. 
The question is that:
    1. For the cable element, can I update the loads on the selected nodes (or elements) at each time step according to the position of the nodes (or the included angle)? This means the loads on the nodes (elements) could be different according to the time and their position (orientation).
    2. Can I update the loads on the selected plate elements at each time step according to the normal vector of each element?
    I think I need to use the DYNA_NON_LINE solver and apply a loading function to it. But I have no clue how to do that.  Could anyone tell me how to implement this or where to find the answer (in which book or website)?
