Bug in transient therm. analysis of plate with bothsides heat exchange

hello,

I attach the files for a steady-state and for a transient thermal analyis of the same model.
The model is extremly simple. So it can be hand-calculated that the temperature at both surfaces of the plate must be 5degree.
This result is confirmed by the steady-state analyis. Sadly the transient analysis (with simulation over very long time to reach steady-state) is very wrong.

Dear developers, I have no sourceforge account yet (after the transition from bitbucket), so no other way for me to report this bug here in the forum
