Orthotropic Constitutive Model for Soil or Rock

Hi,
I am trying to do a stress-strain analysis (no temperature) of laminated rock.  The rock has different strengths if parallel and perpendicular to the lamination.  I was wondering if there is a way to do this in Code_Aster.  Could one set different strength parameters in two perpendicular directions when using Mohr-Coulomb, Hoek-Brown, Von Misses or any other model?
I know that one can capture elastic orthotropic behavior, but I have not seen any of this in the plasticity options of any model.
I was wondering if there some type of work-around.
