[SOLVED] Error instaling code-aster in ubuntu 18.04 (virtualbox image)

Hello,

I am having problems installing code-aster 13.8 in an ubuntu 18.04 machine. After checking the prerequisites I get the following error:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Checking for dependencies and required variables for '__main__'...     [  OK  ]

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Checking for dependencies and required variables for '__cfg__'...      [  OK  ]
Filling cache...                                                       [  OK  ]

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Check if found values seem correct. If not you can change them using 'setup.cfg'.
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "setup.py", line 945, in <module>
    main()
File "setup.py", line 868, in main

Has anyone got samething similar? Any help will be much appreciated.

Best regards and thank you very much,

Sergio

Hi, thanks for you reply.

You were right, everything worked fine with the command:

python3 setup.py install

Thank you!

Best wishes,
